2011 — An educational initiative takes root
School students are welcomed to learn about field crops, farm animals and the agricultural and environmental concepts in their curricula. Recycling becomes part of the initiative.
Growing — Dedicated spaces for learning
As demand grows, part of the farm is set aside for exhibitions, educational workshops, theatre and games. Schools across the governorate take an increasing interest.
2013 — The Road Safety Village opens
Inaugurated on 13 March. The initiative contributes to community road safety efforts; the district wins first place at governorate and national levels in the competition that year.
2015 — Two days of road safety education
Royal Court Affairs programmes bring together school students from North and South Ash Sharqiyah and families. The district takes second place in the competition.
2018 — The district's success continues
The district takes third place in the Road Safety Competition.
Events — Supporting families with home businesses
A space beneath the trees is dedicated to displaying and marketing family products and handmade crafts during events.
2025 — A home for community development
The farm hosts the headquarters building of the Al Wasil Healthy Village Development Committee at the beginning of the year.
